Arvo is a centre for CBT and cognitive therapy
For us it is important to serve clients evidence based and good quality psychotherapy. Our values are expertise, fairness, responsibility and dedication. We have over 60 CBT and cognitive psychotherapists in 4 cities.
Arvo was founded in Turku in 2015 by Nora Kariluoma, Lauri Parkkinen and Hanna Wikman-Heinonen. They wanted to create a CBT centre that offers high quality psychotherapy for clients and a pleasant working environment for psychotherapists. Later in 2015 Arvo opened centres in Salo and in Tampere. In 2018 a new centre was opened in Helsinki. In 2020 Arvo opened a clinic for children ja youth in Helsinki. Nowadays there are over 100 psychotherapists working in Arvo. Our mission is to give the best possible and effective treatment for people.
